We are pleased to announce Mr. Dougal Tukten Neralich has joined Foster Law PC. Mr. Neralich has dedicated his legal career to representing those most in need; his primary focus has always been trial advocacy. Mr. Neralich received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas in Anthropology in 2004. After graduation, Mr. Neralich began work with disadvantaged, runaway, and homeless teenagers until deciding to go to law school at Seattle University School of Law. He earned his law degree from Seattle University in 2013 and immediately began practicing in Fairbanks, Alaska as a public defender providing zealous legal representation to otherwise underrepresented and marginalized populations in the interior of the state.
Mr. Neralich has been licensed to practice law since 2014, and is a member in good standing with both the Alaska and Washington State Bar Associations. Mr. Neralich is constantly striving to learn the latest methods and techniques of trial advocacy, as well as staying informed of all developments in the law in order to provide the best representation possible to all clients.
When not practicing law, Mr. Neralich enjoys the many advantages of our beautiful state by going on adventures with his wife and three dogs including hiking, camping, and kayaking.
In his first month with the firm, he secured a favorable jury verdict granting out Client a lifetime pension benefit award. We are so happy to have him on our team as we continue to work for Injured Workers' rights.
